Returns and Refunds

We want you to love MatteHands. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.

Eligibility

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 50% full and in original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@mattehands.com with your order number
2. We will send a prepaid return label
3. Drop off at your nearest post office

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
