Is it an antiperspirant?

No. MatteHands does not block sweat glands or contain aluminum. It is a cosmetic cream that helps manage the feeling of clammy hands by absorbing surface moisture. If you have hyperhidrosis, please consult a medical professional.

How much should I use?

Start with a pea-sized amount — less than a normal hand cream. Too much product can feel tacky while drying. Rub in fully and wait 30–60 seconds. You can reapply throughout the day as needed.
